Applicants must provide:
Current Transcript: A copy of your most recent high school or college transcript.
Essay Submission: Write a creative and thoughtful essay, up to 1,000 words, in response to the following prompt:

Tell us about a moment when you narrowly avoided disaster—whether it was a hilarious mishap, an embarrasing accident, or a close call with serious consequences.
What did you learn (if anything!) from the experience? Who was at fault and why. What the appropriate restitution (if any) would be in that situation. We encourage you to use creativity, levity, and personal insights to tell your story. Show us your personality and let your unique voice shine through!
